One thing I cant live without = vitamin C! I have C chewable tablets in 500mg and I looovvveee them and eat them pretty much like candy..and its always good to OD on vitamin C during the cold/flu season! So basically if i was stranded on a desert island and could only bring one thing...it would be my C!! Well..that and a cell phone so I could call someone to get me the hell outta there!!
