we were going to get pre approved today but little did we know you have to make an appointment for that! and the lady i spoke with talked a bunch of jibberish till i found out that she doesnt deal with FHA loans..so now im being redirected to someone else who does...this house stuff is a pain in the butt, and of course most houses i like, im pretty sure we cant afford! HA I found one yesterday that i even called on right away because i was like this is it! oh too bad it has a contract out on it..just my luck!
this rain needs to leave..weve had enough..i want sun!

OH BOY ... I didn't know you guys were going to get pre-approved for a home loan!!!
Remember ... it's a BUYERS market ... so take some time and find the PERFECT house for you.
Make sure the real estate taxes are NOT too high too!! :-)
